Terms and Conditions
Creative Themes and Props • All creative themes and props will be discussed and agreed upon with the client prior to the photoshoot.
Delivery of Unedited Pictures • Unedited pictures will be delivered within 3 days after the photoshoot date for the client’s review.
Final Picture Selection • The final selection of images must be completed by the client within 7 days of receiving the photo file.
• If the client does not make their selection within this time, our team will proceed with the selection, and this decision will be final to avoid delays.
Processed Pictures Timeline • Processed images will be delivered within 20 working days from the date the client selects the images and makes the final payment.
Additional Processed Images • Any extra processed images requested by the client after final image edit will be charged at ₹100 per picture (will be processed after payment).
Storage of Raw Images • We do not provide RAW/unprocessed images to ensure the final product meets our professional standards.
• Raw images will be securely stored for 30 days from the date of the photoshoot.
• After this period, the files will be removed, and we will not be responsible for their storage.
Soft Copy Delivery • High-resolution soft copies will be provided via Google Drive or WeTransfer.
• Files transferred online must be downloaded within 5 days. • After this period, the files will no longer be available for download.
Mobile Photography • We kindly request that clients refrain from taking pictures on mobile phones during the shoot to maintain the professional quality of the session.
Booking and Payments • A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure the photoshoot date.
• The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot.
• Shoot planning will begin after the booking fee is received.
• If the client cancels, the booking fee is non-refundable, but the session may be rescheduled based on the photographer’s availability.
• If the photographer cancels, the client will receive a full refund or reschedule.
Copyright and Marketing Usage • All copyrights for the images remain with the photographer.
• Photos may be used for marketing purposes (social media, print media, etc.) unless otherwise agreed.
• If the client wishes for their images to remain private and not be used for marketing purposes, we will fully respect their preference.”
Travel and Accommodation • For shoots outside Coimbatore, additional travel and accommodation charges will apply based on location and distance. These costs will be agreed upon before booking confirmation and included in the final invoice.
Prints and Delivery •Once the client has selected the print files, the printed album and frames will be delivered to the provided address within 10 days.

• All photos taken during the shoot can be provided on a pen drive at an additional cost of ₹500, if requested.
Late Payment and Delivery • The balance payment is due on or before the day of the shoot.
• If payment is delayed, the final delivery of images may be postponed until full payment is received.
Force Majeure • Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, illness, or other events beyond reasonable control.
• In such cases, both parties will work to reschedule the photoshoot at a mutually convenient time.
Confidentiality • All personal information provided during the booking process will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent.
Acceptance of Terms • By confirming the booking, the client is considered to have accepted the terms and conditions outlined above.
• No further formal acceptance is required.
